Atlantic Navigation Holdings (Singapore) Limited (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”).

 

Our Group’s business activities started in 1997 in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) to provide ship repair, fabrication, and other marine services to ship owners in the Middle East region. Our Group has since evolved from a ship repair, fabrication, and other marine services provider to a ship owner and integrated offshore service provider.

As an integrated offshore service provider, we operate mainly out of our base in UAE, serving primarily customers in the Middle East region. We manage our operations mainly through our subsidiaries, namely Atlantic Maritime Group FZE (based in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE), Energy Middle East Marine Services LLC (based in Abu Dhabi, UAE), and Energy Marine Services and Trading LLC in Qatar.
 

We have two principal operating divisions, namely Marine Logistics Services (“MLS”) and Ship Repair, Fabrication, and Other Marine Services (“SRM”), which are vertically integrated to provide a comprehensive solution to our customers.
