Earp Division Expo


Thank you for your interest in participating in Earp Division Expo. Earp Division Expo is a fan convention about the television show ‘Wynonna Earp’ and is being run and organised solely by volunteers. Before you proceed to purchase day tickets or badges to attend Earp Division Expo, we strongly recommend you read the following terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions state the rules and regulations of the Earp Division Expo (EDE) fan convention to be held in Anaheim, California. These terms and conditions apply to all EDE attendees. They are in place to ensure the safety of all attendees. By opting to purchase a day ticket or badge to attend Earp Division Expo, you are automatically accepting of these terms and conditions in full. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase day tickets or badges to Earp Division Expo.




Terminology


In these Terms and Conditions, the following terminology applies.

  1. Words like "visitor", “attendee”, “purchaser”, “you”, and “your” refers to you, the person buying the day ticket or badge
  2. “Earp Division Expo”, “EDE” “ourselves”, "the Organizers", “we”, “our”, “us”, and similar terms, refer to the organisers of Earp Division Expo
  3. "Convention" refers to Earp Division Expo, the event that will take place from June 4-7 2021 at the JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort, in Anaheim, California
  4. “Talent”, “guests”, “cast” and similar terms will refer to the Wynonna Earp cast members who have been contracted to attend Earp Division Expo
  5. “Party”, “parties”, "all", or “us”, refers to the convention attendees, guests, entertainers, vendors, staff, volunteers, and/or ourselves.




Entrance Tickets/Badges, Juniors, Registration & Attendance


The price of day tickets and badges vary depending on the type of ticket being purchased. A limited number of each ticket and badge type are available. All prices are in USD. A service charge will be applied. These figures are non-negotiable.

  • A single day ticket costs $75 (Friday or Saturday tickets) or $50 (Sunday). These provide you with general admission to Earp Division Expo for a single day (day dependent on the ticket purchased). Full details: www.earpdivisionexpo.com/single-day-passes
  • There are 4 types of badges available for purchase (Sheriff, Angel, Peacemaker, Creator) and prices vary depending on the tier being purchased. The badges provide you with general admissions to Earp Division Expo for all three days of the convention. At a minimum, badges will provide the bearer with access to the venue, the panel room and the vendor area. They will also receive a custom tote bag. Higher tier badges come with additional extras.   • Sheriff Badge - $185. Angel - $300. Peacemaker - $430. Creator - $875.
The ticket or badge you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access the JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort on June 4th, 5th and 6th 2021, when Earp Division Expo is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attending Earp Division Expo. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue. The purchaser assumes full responsibility of the Earp Division Expo ticket(s) or badge(s), once they receive it. Earp Division Expo has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way. Kindly note that www.earpdivisionexpo.ticketspice.com is the sole authorised source for purchasing Earp Division Expo day tickets, badges and event tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void. The Earp Division Expo day tickets and badges delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s). Please note that Earp Division Expo day tickets and badges cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘maximum age’ for purchasing a ‘Junior Earper’ badge to attend Earp Division Expo is 11 years old. There is no minimum age to attend, but all attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an ‘Junior Earper’ is above the ‘maximum age’, (s)he will not be granted entry to Earp Division Expo. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either. At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated. By purchasing Earp Division Expo tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to the Organisers to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage. The Organisers have the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the Earp Division Expo ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of the Organisers will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes). The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as Earp Division Expo starts on June 4th 2021. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained. If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue – JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort – due to delays, federal regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits. Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. The Organisers cannot be, in any way, held liable for that. You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims – full or in part – and all claims & entitlements related to it.




Tickets to Events (Special Event, Photo Ops & Autographs)


The price of tickets vary depending on the type of ticket being purchased. Each event has a limited number of tickets available. All prices are in USD. A service charge will be applied. These figures are non-negotiable. You must hold a day ticket (for the day of the event) or a badge to attend these events. ​​

  • Cocktail Hour: $250 per ticket (unless included in the Creator badge). Limited to 2 tickets per buyer. Not all cast members will be present. No autographs or photography will be allowed at this event
  • Paint n’ Sip with Dom & Kat: $250 per ticket. Limited to 20 tickets. TIME TBD. No autographs or photography will be allowed at this event.
  • Sunday Brunch: $250 per ticket. Limited to 8 seats per table and will last for 1 hour. Brunch will be with 1 cast member. No autographs or photography will be allowed at this event.
  • Meet & Greets: $125 per ticket. Limited to 15 people per Meet & Greet with a single cast member. No autographs or photography will be allowed at the event.
  • Photo Ops: Prices for photo ops with the cast will vary depending on the cast member and the number of cast members in the photo. There are a limited number of photo ops. This service is being provided wholly by Wolf Studio Photography and the purchaser will also be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Wolf Studio Photography.   • Autographs: Prices for autographs from the cast will vary depending on the cast member. There are a limited number of autographs with each cast member. Autographs will be sold in batches during the convention.

Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers


All ticket sales (day tickets, badges and event tickets) are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/refunds/cancellations. Event tickets CAN be transferred in certain circumstances. The bearer must arrange the transfer and CANNOT make any profit from the sale. All sales must be for the face value as advertised on the Earp Division Expo website (www.earpdivisionexpo.com). The bearer must inform the Organizers of any transfer before the start of the event on June 4th 2021. If Earp Division Expo is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, the Organizers have the sole and absolute right to: i) reschedule the event, or ii) issue a partial/full refund, or iii) not issue any refunds. Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding. If Earp Division Expo is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer (force majeure), the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of the Organizers will be considered final. If Earp Division Expo has to be rescheduled to other dates, all tickets will automatically be moved to the rescheduled date. You will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully canceled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges. Please note that you purchase Earp Division Expo tickets and badges on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a charge-back claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either. In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.




Acceptable Behaviour and Code of Conduct


Earp Division Expo and the Organizers are committed to providing a safe environment and a fun experience for all attending the convention. Therefore, all are expected to behave with respect and receive respectful treatment in return. The Organizers will not tolerate inappropriate behavior of any kind, including, but not limited, to harassment or discrimination due to age, disability, marital status, pregnancy, race or color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Any threatening behavior toward the Organizers, the hotel staff, our volunteers, the cast members, or attendees, regardless of intention, is unacceptable and reason for removal from the convention without refund. If unacceptable behavior continues upon being escorted from the convention, local authorities may be contacted. Anyone who experiences or witnesses inappropriate behavior is encouraged to report it to any Organizer, member of hotel staff, volunteer, or security, all of whom will be easily identifiable and available throughout the venue. Earp Division Expo and the Organizers follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behavior/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at Earp Division Expo and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. All of your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on. The Organizers do not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.




Accessibility


The Organizers want to make Earp Division Expo as inclusive as possible and endeavor to meet the needs of all guests. There will be ASL interpreters at the convention for panels, Accessible/disabled seating will be available during the panel and reserved for guests who require this seating. This will be on a first come first serve basis and is subject to availability. Service dogs are permitted but must meet the details set out on the event website and be harnessed at all times. ​Photography, Filming and Sound Recording


During Earp Division Expo, filming, sound recording and photography will be taking place throughout the venue. As a convention attendee, you therefore consent to filming, sound recording and photography and you consent to the use by Earp Division Expo of any such film, sound recording or photography anywhere in the World for promotional, marketing, and other purposes, without the need for an individual waiver needing to be executed. As a convention attendee you also waive any rights to use of your image while you are at the convention. Your ticket of pass is proof of your waiver to the use of your image and sound. All unauthorized filming, sound recording and photography, or the unauthorized transmitting of audio or visual material is prohibited at Earp Division Expo. Please have respect for the cast members and do not sound record, take photographs or film them while they are moving around the venue.




Photo Ops and Autographs


Photo ops will be available for purchase prior to the convention through Wolf Studio Photography. If any photo ops are still available, they will also be sold on a cash-only basis at the convention. "Selfies" will also be sold on a cash-only basis at the autograph table.To receive your photo op, you will need to show your ticket confirmation at the time of the photo op and present it at the photo op table. Cast members reserve the right to not pose with anyone who makes them feel uncomfortable and not to undertake any pose which makes them feel uncomfortable. This is at the guest's sole discretion and requires no explanation. Autographs will be available for purchase at the convention and they will also be sold on a cash-only basis. You will need to show your ticket confirmation at the time of the autograph signing and present your ticket at the autograph table. If you have multiple items you would like to have signed, please purchase additional autograph tickets. All items used for autographs are subject to cat member approval, and they reserve the right to not sign any items they consider inappropriate or offensive.
Please limit your conversation with cast members during autographs and photo ops out of respect for all attendees in line. Earp Division Expo volunteers will be monitoring lines and are empowered to ask you to finish up the conversation and move along.




Use of Materials


Materials from www.earpdivisionexpo.com, and associated social media accounts, must not be republished, reproduced, duplicated or copied under any circumstances. These materials are the property of Earp Division Expo and cannot be used without prior approval. If approval is granted, materials must be appropriately attributed to Earp Division Expo. If you are found to have redistributed content without prior approval, the Organizers will demand it is removed.




Amendments


Please note that the Organizers of Earp Division Expo reserve the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organizer www.earpdivisionexpo.com. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of Earp Division Expo tickets.
